Qualifications

• Strong numeric and analytical ability with Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
• Develop BOQ and cost breakdown (material & labor).
• Evaluate and compare supplier/vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.
