Job summary

CARINA HARDY in Bali seeks an experienced luxury salesperson and relationship builder. You will own client relationships from first enquiry to purchase and nurture long-term relationships with VIPs and collectors around the world.

You will convert inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone, and in person, guiding clients through jewellery purchases and custom commissions. Private studio appointments in Ubud are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-value sales required.
• Experience in jewellery, watches, luxury fashion, art, or design preferred.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries and develop long-term repeat clients.
• Comfortable selling items valued at thousands of dollars.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Warm, perceptive, socially confident and well organized.
• Strong commercial instincts and genuine enjoyment of selling.
• Appreciation for jewellery, craftsmanship and design.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships from first enquiry through purchase and long-term relationship.
• Convert incoming enquiries into sales across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone, and in person.
• Build meaningful relationships with VIPs, collectors, repeat clients, and prospective clients.
• Guide clients through jewellery purchases and custom commissions.
• Host private appointments at our Ubud studio.
• Follow up thoughtfully to develop repeat purchases and referrals.
• Collaborate with founders, designers, production and marketing to create exceptional client experience.
• Manage client relationships and opportunities through HubSpot.
• Contribute ideas to improve how we sell and care for clients.
