Job summary

The Cakap Group is seeking an experienced F&B Service Trainer in Bali to deliver hands-on training to front-of-house teams across client projects. You will coach SOPs, sequence of service, and inventory control to ensure consistent guest experiences across concepts.

You will work with hotel and restaurant teams to develop training materials, lead briefings and role plays, and help clients open strong while maintaining high service standards during pre-opening and stabilization periods in Bali.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restaurant or F&B, currently a supervisor or higher.
• Strong SOP exposure from top hotels or resorts (Bali or abroad).
• Proven trainer capable of coaching through briefings & role-plays.
• Solid knowledge of sequence of service, guest communication, POS, and inventory.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
• Willing to travel to client sites and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training on restaurant SOPs and the full sequence of service.
• Train hosts, waitstaff, servers in guest communication and product knowledge.
• Coach bar teams on greeting, suggesting, and serving with warmth.
• Run service simulations and role plays to build confidence before opening.
• Train on front-of-house inventory, opening/closing counts, and stock control.
• Develop and update service SOPs, checklists, and training materials.
