Job summary

Samudera Indonesia invites energetic service crew to join its team in Bali. You will greet customers, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and help maintain a pleasant dining area while ensuring accurate payments and receipts.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, honesty, and customer satisfaction, the role also supports safety and quality practices across the operation. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, and prior POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as service crew, waiter/waitress, or restaurant cashier preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and payment devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, detail‑oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and record orders.
• Deliver drinks and food quickly and accurately.
• Clean tables and help tidy up the restaurant area.
• Explain the menu, provide recommendations, and record customer orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by asking for feedback and offering additional assistance.
• Handle payments and provide receipts to customers.
• Be compliant with Integrated Management System and risk controls as applicable.
• Participate in information security control processes to protect company assets.
