HonoBono Kissa in Jimbaran, Bali, seeks friendly hospitality staff to welcome guests and provide attentive service. You will present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with strong English communication, teamwork, and a professional, positive attitude. Prior F&B experience is preferred, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support upselling of HonoBono's food and beverage offerings.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow service standards, hygiene procedures, and operational guidelines.
