Job summary

Aksari Luxury Resort & Spa Ubud in Bali invites an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our wedding and social events sales. You will develop concepts, package designs, and drive conversions with international clients, working closely with banquets and operations to deliver memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hotel/resort sales, a robust network with wedding planners and agencies, fluent English, and a passion for luxury events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hotel/resort sales experience in Wedding & Social Events.
• Strong portfolio and network with wedding planners, agencies, and wedding communities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive wedding and social events sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with planners, agencies, and bridal networks.
• Collaborate with banquet, events, F&B, decoration teams for seamless events.
• Create attractive wedding packages aligned with market trends.
• Ensure flawless execution and memorable client experiences.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about creating memorable wedding experiences for clients.
• Strong collaboration skills with operational teams (banquet, event, F&B, decoration, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
