PT. Svaha Jagad Bali, a vibrant nightlife project in Canggu, is seeking skilled bartenders to join the Bar Operations team. You will craft cocktails, participate in entertaining guests, and excel in a high-volume environment.

We offer a dynamic work setting, opportunities to learn from experienced mixologists and Bar Managers, and the potential for daily service charges and tips. Immediate start and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in high-volume nightlife venues.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, liqueurs, and wine.
• Good free-pouring skills and ability to work at high speed.
• Outgoing personality and guest-entertaining abilities.
• Fluent English spoken for international guests.
• Ability to work under pressure in loud, crowded environments.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages quickly according to SOPs.
• Interact with guests, upsell and provide excellent service.
• Keep bar area, equipment, and glassware clean and hygienic.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager and Barback for stock management.
• Follow standard drink measurements to control wastage and costs.
• Maintain professionalism and comply with alcohol service laws.
