PT Hubble Butler Restaurant in Bali seeks a proactive Sales Representative to grow our B2B bakery and food supplies business. You will engage restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other hospitality clients, leveraging a strong local F&B network to drive orders and new opportunities.

You will visit clients across Bali, present products, negotiate terms, and build long-term relationships while meeting monthly targets. Fluency in English and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently domiciled in Bali.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in food/bakery/Hospitality sectors.
• Strong network with restaurants, hotels, cafés and F&B businesses in Bali.
• Experience selling bakery products, ingredients, or food supplies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Capable of independent work and regular field visits.
• Strong CRM and problem-solving abilities.
• Hold a valid SIM C driving license and access to personal transport.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell bakery products and food supplies to restaurants, hotels, cafés, and other B2B customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Bali.
• Conduct regular visits to restaurants, hotels, cafés and other food service businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, chefs, purchasers and other decision-makers.
• Present products, introduce new items, and recommend suitable bakery and food items.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and cooperation agreements.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders and deals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat orders.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare daily activity reports and market feedback for the Sales Manager.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer preferences in the industry.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Attend meetings, promotions, exhibitions, and food-related events as required.
