Job summary

PT. Huabao Food Technology Indonesia is seeking an Application Chef to develop and demonstrate bakery applications using our chocolate ingredients.

You will prepare various chocolate and bakery products to meet customer requirements and support the Sales team with technical demonstrations and on-site testing. You will assist in product improvements, conduct tests, and contribute to customer trials and exhibitions, traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency is required for effective communication with clients and suppliers.
• Hands-on knowledge of bakery and chocolate products, ingredients, and formulations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with Sales, R&D and customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for trials and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test bakery applications using company chocolate ingredients.
• Prepare chocolate-based products and demonstrations per customer specs.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to Sales and customers.
• Assist R&D with product improvements based on market feedback.
• Prepare samples and demo products for customer presentations and events.
• Support exhibitions, on-site testing, and product demonstrations.
