Lokasi: West Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan skema kerja hybrid. Kandidat dengan 1–2 tahun pengalaman di Category Management atau Product Development yang paham tren Bakery serta kemampuan analisis dan negosiasi akan sangat cocok.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Category Management, Product Development, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in F&B, FMCG, Retail, Private Label, or Bakery categories preferred.
• Experience managing products from ideation to launch is a plus.
• Strong Bakery knowledge and trend awareness preferred.
• Strong interest in Bakery or Pastry products and market awareness.
• Comfortable with commercial analysis and hands-on execution.
• Commercially driven, ambitious, proactive in pushing projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD), from ideation, product testing, vendor coordination, packaging, until launch.
• Support Growth NPD initiatives to help grow the Bakery category and overall business.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain to maintain product availability and minimize OOS.
• Monitor Bakery trends, product performance, and product scrap to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct product and sample evaluations, including weekly panel testing.
• Coordinate with vendors on product samples, timelines, product requirements, and negotiation.
• Support vendor assessment and sourcing activities when needed.
• Work with relevant teams on packaging development, design, and product administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure proper product knowledge and handling before rollout.
• Manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each development process stays on track.
