We are looking for a Backend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications used by thousands to millions of users, while working closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain reliable backend systems that support thousands to millions of users.

Design and implement features based on a multi-tenant architecture.

Improve application performance by optimizing backend services and database processes.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system stability and quality.

Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process.

Provide technical recommendations and business-oriented suggestions to continuously improve product quality.

Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs and backend services.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in Backend Engineering.

Proficient in backend technologies such as C#/.NET, SQL, Node.js, and Golang.

Solid knowledge of server-side development, database management, and API design.

Understanding and practical knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Docker.

Experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AWS.

Familiar with Unit Testing and Integration Testing practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and explore emerging technologies.
