Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra is seeking a Backend Engineer in Jakarta to build scalable and reliable backend systems used by thousands to millions of users. You will design, develop, and maintain APIs and services, collaborating with product, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires 4+ years in backend engineering, strong skills in C#/.NET, SQL, Node.js and Golang, plus Docker, microservices, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field.
• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Proficient in C#/.NET, SQL, Node.js and Golang.
• Experience with microservices and Docker.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Familiar with unit and integration testing.
• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance, and maintain reliable backend systems that support thousands to millions of users.
• Design and implement features based on a multi-tenant architecture.
• Improve application performance by optimizing backend services and database processes.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system stability and quality.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Provide technical recommendations and business-oriented suggestions to improve product quality.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs and backend services.
