Job summary

Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri in Jakarta is seeking a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go and/or Rust. You will build RESTful APIs, optimize data models, and collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and analysts to deliver high-quality applications.

A minimum of 3 years of backend experience and strong Go/Rust skills are required, with on-site work in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Proficiency in SQL databases and Docker/CI/CD practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
• Strong Golang and/or Rust skills.
• Solid OOP and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer.
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience with Golang and/or Rust.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering principles.
• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL, and database optimization.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
