Job summary

The Software Practice Pte Ltd is seeking a Backend Developer in Bandung, Indonesia to build reliable, scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET and related technologies. You will design RESTful APIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to code quality and documentation.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of backend experience, strong English communication, and willingness to work on-site in Bandung.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing backend applications or APIs.
• Experience with C# is preferred. Candidates with Java or TypeScript (Node.js) are also encouraged, willing to learn .NET.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork in an Agile environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Role is based in Bandung, Indonesia, on-site; relocation willing is required.
