Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (PHP, Python, C#, Java, Node.js).
• Proficiency with at least one backend framework (Laravel, Django, .NET/ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot).
• Frontend experience with React.js and HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript.
• Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Git and code review practices.
• OO programming and web app development.
• Ability to lead while remaining hands-on with coding.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and solid frontend development experience to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and business systems.

The ideal candidate should be a hands‑on developer who is capable of coding independently while also providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. The role is primarily focused on software development, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend responsibilities.

The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in at least one backend technology and framework, together with practical frontend, database, API, and system integration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and business systems.
• Perform hands‑on backend development, including services, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Develop frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers within the team.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical solution planning.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on coding experience with at least one backend programming language, such as:

• Strong hands‑on experience with at least one backend framework, such as:

  • .NET / ASP.NET Core
  • Spring Boot
• Practical frontend development experience with at least one framework or library, such as React.js, together with good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with at least one database technology, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third‑party API integration.
• Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, and code review practices.
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming and web application development.
• Demonstrated ability to technically lead, mentor, and guide developers while remaining hands‑on with coding.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a development team.
• Project management experience is not the primary requirement for this role.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD, Azure, or Docker.
• Knowledge of application and API security.
• Experience with query and application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with scalable system design and design patterns.
• Experience integrating AI technologies such as OpenAI API, Claude API, or Gemini API.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
