Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to handle B2B customers and manage projects from requirements to delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between the company, customers, TAM, dealer networks, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, and reports, monitor progress and timelines, and support pricing, branding, and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B customer handling, project coordination, and cross-functional/stakeholder coordination.
• Experience working with customers, dealer networks, and internal departments.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Automotive industry experience in parts, accessories, merchandise, or exhibitions is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle B2B customers and projects, including customer requirements and project coordination.
• Serve as the primary window between the company, customers, TAM, dealer networks, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business objectives and timely project delivery.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, business proposals, project reports, management presentations, and customer updates.
• Monitor project progress, customer requirements, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Manage multiple projects involving product development, cross-functional coordination, production scheduling, and customer communication.
• Support the development and commercialization of Company Branding Parts & Merchandise by contributing to product planning, customer proposals, pricing strategies, and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, benchmark competitors, and identify business opportunities to support marketing planning and initiatives.
• Support marketing activities and major automotive exhibitions, including GIIAS, IIMS, and GJAW, through stakeholder coordination, event logistics, and marketing materials preparation.
• Support marketing operations through purchase requests, goods requisitions, inventory coordination, event logistics, and documentation management.
• Manage merchandise distribution and ensure stock readiness to support events and sales activities across dealer networks.
• Support pricing analysis, quotation preparation, and product concept development based on customer requirements and market insights.
