Job summary

Integrity Asia's Integrity Indonesia unit in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a driven Sales Executive (B2B) to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals. You will report to the Managing Director and drive revenue by acquiring new clients, expanding accounts, and guiding prospects from prospecting to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in Sales/BD, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or managing B2B clients in services.
• Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and convert them into clients.
• Proactively generate and qualify leads from potential clients.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients.
• Drive new client acquisition through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a smooth transition into service delivery.
• Build and maintain sustainable client relationships through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-up activities.
• Grow sales revenue by identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts and obtaining referrals from client networks.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain and update the client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.
