Job summary

Sensatia Botanicals in Bali seeks a senior Sales leader to head the B2B and account-based Sales function, driving revenue, gross margin and profitable growth across hospitality, hotels, villas, restaurants, wellness, and distributors.

You will build long-term relationships, develop new accounts, lead a sales team, manage pricing and forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Ops, Ops and Finance to ensure coordinated execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales/commercial experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong B2B sales and key-account management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of profitable sales growth and growing accounts.
• Strong negotiation and pricing/terms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers while developing new accounts and opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategy, targets, account plans, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales team with clear targets and accountability.
• Drive key-account management using customer segmentation and development plans.
• Manage pricing, discounts, proposals and terms within guidelines.
• Monitor performance by customer/channel/territory and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, Operations and Finance for coordinated execution.
• Identify and develop future growth opportunities across key accounts, distributors, and export markets.
