• Proven ability to grow B2B/wholesale and ecommerce sales.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Sustainability mindset and community impact interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategies across all sales channels—including export, B2B, B2C, and ecommerce—while identifying new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Own the commercial P&L, setting targets and managing costs, pricing, and margins to ensure profitability
• Build and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships locally and internationally
• Coach and mentor a small team to achieve targets and scale performance
• Analyze market trends and sales data to optimize strategy and commercial outcomes
• Work closely with the founder to align growth plans with the company's mission and values
