Job summary

PT CITRA INTI BUSANA INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Sales B2B Staff to grow our B2B business. You will identify potential B2B customers, build a robust prospect database, and engage in cold calls, WhatsApp, and email outreach to set meetings and close deals.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, presenting proposals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. A minimum 2 years in B2B sales with proven target achievement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably Marketing, Business or Management.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Proven experience achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confident communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Find and approach potential B2B customers.
• Build and maintain prospect database.
• Conduct cold calling, WhatsApp, email and other prospecting activities.
• Schedule customer meetings and presentations.
• Prepare quotation and proposal.
