Job summary

Sunrecruit Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Jakarta area to drive B2B sales in the packaging industry. You will search for new clients, build long-term relationships, and provide pre- and post-sales support to meet regional targets.

The role requires 3 years of related experience or a D3/S1, strong communication, and English presentation skills. Proactive teamwork and ability to work independently are essential, with ASAP joining preferred.

Qualifications

• SMA/K education with minimum 3 years' experience or D3/S1 in any major.
• Interest in the B2B Sales/Marketing field.
• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines.
• Good communication skills (verbal and writing).
• Can speak/presentation in English.
• Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences).
• Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and able to work individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Searching new client who might use company products/services and also maximizing client potential in designated region.
• Developing long-term relationships through managing & interpreting client's requirements.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Supporting marketing activities & event.
