Job summary

PT Jaringan VNT Indonesia (VNT Networks) seeks a skilled Product/Implementation Manager to act as the primary liaison between B2B clients and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing use of Velodiva's music platform and services.

You will coordinate end-to-end implementations with Technical, Operations, and Field teams, onboard clients, advise on music zoning and playlist strategy, and translate feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in Product/Project/Implementation in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in SaaS or digital platforms implementation.
• Fluent in English; strong presentation skills.
• Hospitality tech or media tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between B2B clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation with Technical, Operations, and Field teams.
• Onboard clients and advise on music zoning and playlist strategy.
• Handle inquiries, issues, and escalations; ensure timely resolutions.
• Gather feedback and translate into product enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and SLAs.
• Conduct client visits and site assessments.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
