Job summary

Dvi Solution is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of its B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver high-quality features.

This hands-on role requires thriving in a fast-paced multi-workstream environment, managing competing priorities, and bringing structure to complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Product Discovery.
• Experience configuring Jira workflows and managing epics, stories, tasks, and bugs.
• Excellent requirements-writing and documentation skills (PRDs).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple projects; resolve blockers.
• Lead prioritisation using RICE, MoSCoW; communicate rationale clearly.
• Develop clear PRDs for Engineering and Design teams.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements to post-launch activities.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies; apply Kanban practices where appropriate.
• Manage multiple parallel sprints and cross-functional dependencies.
• Facilitate story point estimation using velocity and other metrics.
• Groom backlog; break epics into sprint-ready user stories.
• Generate and analyse Jira reports for stakeholder updates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle for our B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and successfully deliver high-quality features.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment, is comfortable managing competing priorities, and can bring structure and clarity to complex product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a strategic, transparent, and actionable product roadmap aligned with business and customer priorities.
• Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, proactively identifying and resolving blockers.
• Lead product prioritisation using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, or equivalent methodologies, and clearly communicate the rationale behind prioritisation decisions.
• Develop clear and comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that provide Engineering and Design teams with the context and requirements needed for efficient delivery.
• Own the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and development through QA, deployment, and post-launch activities.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while applying Kanban principles where appropriate.
• Manage multiple parallel sprints within the same team, balancing team capacity, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Facilitate story point estimation and use velocity and other delivery metrics to improve sprint planning and predictability.
• Own and continuously groom the product backlog, ensuring epics are broken down into well-defined, appropriately scoped, and sprint-ready user stories.
• Generate and analyse Jira reports, including sprint reports, burndown charts, and velocity reports, to monitor delivery performance and provide meaningful stakeholder updates.
• Serve as the key connection point between Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Product Discovery.
• Experience configuring and managing Jira workflows, including boards, issue types, automation rules, and related configurations.
• Strong understanding of Jira's issue hierarchy, including Epics, Stories, Tasks, Sub‑tasks, Bugs, and Spikes, with the ability to maintain a structured and traceable product backlog.
• Comfortable analysing Jira reporting and delivery metrics, including velocity charts, burndown charts, and sprint reports, and translating them into actionable stakeholder updates.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products, projects, modules, and concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to apply Kanban practices when appropriate.
• Excellent requirements‑writing and documentation skills, with the ability to produce concise and actionable PRDs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both senior leadership and technical teams.
