Job summary

McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations, is seeking a Head of Marketing B2B to drive growth in our rapidly expanding team.

You will define and execute a results-driven B2B marketing strategy, lead multi-channel demand generation, and own the funnel from awareness to sales handoff. You will coach a growing team, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and report on ROI and pipeline metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale demand generation and pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of the full funnel and revenue impact.
• Experience managing and growing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute B2B marketing strategy, brand, and positioning aligned to revenue goals
• Build and run multi-channel demand gen (content, SEO, paid, ABM, events) to drive qualified pipeline
• Own end-to-end lead handling: qualification, scoring, routing, and follow-up cadence
• Own marketing and pipeline budget, reporting on ROI, CAC, and funnel conversion
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on go-to-market alignment and messaging
• Hire, coach, and grow the demand generation and marketing team as the org scales
