Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a related field; internship or project experience is welcome.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing or prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, CRM systems).
• Ability to understand IT systems, software, APIs, and website maintenance.
• Strong ownership mindset with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Good communication across business and technical stakeholders.
• Motivation to grow toward direct business development over time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and operate digital marketing and prospecting platforms to scale B2B lead generation for Y Ventures Enterprise.
• Assess vendor-proposed technical solutions, timelines, and claims and advise on feasibility.
• Implement recommended tools or approaches directly, not just advisory input.
• Hand off qualified leads to telemarketers and interns for follow-up.
• Contribute to website content and ongoing digital marketing strategy.
• As capability grows, take on direct outreach and vendor negotiations on behalf of the company.
