• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience in CRM and data marketing.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer, market, and campaign analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Oversees all marketing activities including branding, advertising, promotions, digital marketing, market research, and events.
• Develop and monitor a marketing communications business strategy units.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of the business unit's Brand Guideline.
• Develop and track marketing campaign strategy and performance
