Job summary

MatchaTalent is recruiting for a Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics, warehousing, and 3PL performance in Indonesia. You will optimize supply chains, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in logistics/supply chain with 3+ years in leadership, and strong English and Mandarin communication due to international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience in ICT/telecom/logistics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics, and supplier performance.
• Experience managing 3PL and transportation vendors.
• Strong understanding of logistics budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage short- and medium-term logistics resource plans for project delivery.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, reverse logistics, and inventory movements.
• Coordinate logistics implementation and provide on-site support for deployments.
• Lead performance management of 3PL providers and transport/warehouse partners.
• Review logistics costs and supplier invoices for efficiency and budget compliance.
• Implement logistics risk management including safety, regulatory compliance, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, project management, and regional teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports with continuous improvement recommendations.
