Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive business expansion for Chinese manufacturing clients in Indonesia. You will build relationships with corporate buyers, support technical sales, and coordinate with internal teams to win B2B plastic raw materials deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in manufacturing/trading/industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a must; business-level English also required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
• Manage client relationships from initial approach through after-sales support.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate communication between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
• Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and coordinate product deliveries.
• Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
• Support sales presentations and technical–commercial discussions with clients.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and customer requirements.
• Contribute to market expansion initiatives within targeted industrial sectors.
