Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent or highly proficient written English communication.
• Interest in learning growth marketing and B2B lead generation.
• Able to adapt in fast-moving, experimental environment.

Responsibilities

• B2B lead gen & campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search/SEO, and outreach.
• Draft clear B2B marketing content in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Track performance metrics across the funnel and present insights.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversions.
• Conduct market intelligence on prospective enterprise accounts and competitors.
• Assist in other marketing activities as needed.
