PT Pendekar Bodoh is seeking a marketing leader to craft and oversee B2B campaigns, ensuring brand credibility and customer alignment across channels. You will direct a high-performing team, coordinating with agencies and internal partners to execute plans and deliver measurable results.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, quarterly budgeting, and insightful reporting to drive sales and profit growth.

Formación

• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience for at least two (3) years in marketing, preferably in Food and Beverage / Hospitality / Retail.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and experience optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Teamwork, strong analytical and numerical skills, fast-paced, and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative and able to produce innovative and original ideas.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in offline/online marketing.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy, manage and optimize B2B marketing campaigns and sales to ensure products meet customer expectations and brand credibility.
• Supervise and lead the team for optimization and successful campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties, agencies and vendors across departments to support brand strategies.
• Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate campaigns through data analysis and quarterly/annual budget optimization for growth.
• Be accountable, measure and report on campaign performance and provide insights against goals.
