You will work with freelancers, KOLs, and affiliates, refine brand narratives into performance-focused content, and shape growth through AI-assisted tools. Indonesian market insights and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a marketing, brand, product, or performance strategist.
• Proven record of running integrated campaigns with measurable impact.
• Solid understanding of TikTok ecosystem and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified traffic, leads, and business opportunities for the agency.
• Plan and execute performance-driven digital campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google.
• Understand and optimize GMV, ROAS, CPA, and funnel performance.
• Develop brand narratives into campaigns that combine narrative and performance.
• Collaborate with freelancers, creators, KOLs, affiliates, and third parties.
• Conduct market and competitor research; build strategic campaign frameworks.
• Create content strategy for social media (organic & paid) and copy for ads/landing pages.
• Manage partnerships and ensure KPIs are achieved on time.
