Job summary

PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance is seeking a collections professional to monitor and recover overdue payments across Indonesia. You will manage accounts, negotiate payment terms, and drive recovery strategies.

The role requires 1–3 years in receivables, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and solid Excel reporting capabilities for tracking progress and risks. Willingness to travel for customer visits is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law (preferred) or related field.
• 1–3 years of collection, debt recovery, or receivables management.
• Direct collection experience with follow-ups, negotiations, and handling overdue accounts.
• Experience in B2B collection, preferably in banking/financing sectors.
• Proficient in Excel, especially PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP for reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned accounts to identify overdue payments and risks.
• Conduct direct collection activities, negotiate repayment arrangements, and secure commitments.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
• Visit customers as needed and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of status, activities, and payment commitments.
• Analyze performance and prepare reports on overdue accounts and progress using Excel.
• Coordinate with departments to follow up on unresolved accounts.
