Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts to identify overdue payments and collection risks.
• Conduct direct collection activities: contact customers, negotiate repayment, secure commitments.
• Develop collection strategies to improve recovery rates and minimize receivables.
• Visit customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
