PT Mitra Berdaya Optima is seeking a proactive B2B Sales professional for corporate client acquisition across the Jabodetabek area. The role is primarily field-based with flexibility to work remotely while conducting client visits and meetings.

You will identify leads, present services, negotiate deals, and manage sales pipelines, while enjoying health insurance, a daily living allowance, and training opportunities to support career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships.
• Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to present, promote, and sell services while negotiating and closing deals.
• Identify additional business opportunities and future prospects with existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
