DBS Bank (Indonesia) is seeking a hands-on Technology Lead to guide a high-performing team responsible for core banking and wealth platform solutions. The role focuses on SDLC governance, platform stability, and security in a dynamic financial services environment.

You will drive modernization using cloud, microservices, and modern APIs while coordinating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical delivery. Jakarta-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering core banking or wealth management platform solutions within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in modern banking architectures, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
