Job summary

PT Smart Cakrawala Aviation in Indonesia seeks a Project Management Officer to drive programs from approval through full implementation, including post go-live. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on clearing obstacles between departments rather than producing reports.

You will build realistic plans accounting for regulatory approvals, vendor lead times, and operational schedules, secure an owner for every workstream, and verify that new procedures are used in practice.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years managing cross-functional programs or projects.
• Experience delivering programs with external parties and multiple departments.
• Able to work with pilots, engineers, IT and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive programs from approval through full implementation, including post go-live.
• Build realistic plans considering regulatory approvals, vendor lead times, and schedules.
• Assign a named owner for every workstream and ensure closure.
• Maintain records of decisions, open items, and temporary agreements.
• Verify in the field that new procedures are used as intended.
• Ensure a program has a day-to-day owner before closure.
• Escalate stalled items with facts to unblock them.
• Provide management with an honest status, including early bad news.
