PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Learning Instructor to manage end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, or Head Office. You will conduct TNAs, design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate impact across multiple locations.

The role requires building learning materials, coordinating initiatives, and continuously improving training effectiveness, with travel to domestic locations including Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Instructor, Learning & Development, or similar.
• At least one professional certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and improve learning paths using ADDIE and 70:20:10 frameworks.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
