Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Instructor to drive end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating across Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru locations.

Travel domestically to support learning initiatives, coach employees, maintain materials, and ensure program alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years in training, learning & development, or corporate training.
• Certification related to training delivery, facilitation or instructional design preferred.
• Hands-on experience across the full learning lifecycle from analysis to evaluation.
• Proficiency in ADDIE and competency-based learning development is desirable.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms preferred.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and set learning priorities across units.
• Design and develop curricula and instructional materials using ADDIE.
• Deliver classroom and workshop sessions with engaging facilitation.
• Monitor progress, assess effectiveness, and provide post-training reviews.
• Coordinate programs across multiple locations and maintain records.
• Support implementation to ensure standards and consistency.
• Coach employees for internal or external development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain training documentation and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders on initiatives.
