Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Pekanbaru/Jakarta is seeking a Learning Instructor responsible for end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, or Head Office. You will conduct TNA, design curricula, deliver sessions, and evaluate impact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in L&D, relevant certification, proficiency in English, and willingness to travel domestically to multiple locations, including Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/ Learning & Development/ Corporate Training.
• Professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle: TNA, design, development, delivery, evaluation.
• Familiarity with ADDIE methodology and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with TNA, competency assessments, and learning effectiveness evaluations.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by evaluating business requirements and competency gaps.
• Design, develop, and improve learning paths, curricula, modules, and instructional materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical learning sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and reviews.
• Coordinate programs across multiple business units and locations.
• Support implementation and ensure consistent execution of learning programs.
• Coach employees for internal or external competency development.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain learning documentation and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
