Job summary

ABB, a global leader in automation, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of small, low-complexity projects in Indonesia. You will ensure activities follow procedures and standards, and apply basic project scheduling to mitigate schedule risks.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires travel as needed to project sites. You will drive project team performance, monitor progress and financials, and ensure successful contract close-out in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications

• Lead project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget execution of small projects.
• Define and apply basic scheduling techniques to proactively manage schedule risks.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitor and control project progress, resource utilization and project financials.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risk; pursue opportunities.
• Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment per contract.
