Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia seeks a Design & Manufacture Engineer to drive the design, prototyping, testing, and optimization of automation lab equipment. The role is based in Central Java and involves developing mechanical components and systems from concept through manufacturability.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, hands-on experience with design and manufacturing processes, and strong CAD/CAM skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/D3/D4 in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics required or welcome fresh graduates.
• Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing (machining/fabrication) preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and CNC operations desired.

Responsibilities

• Designing systems and components using engineering tools.
• Building prototypes, testing, and optimizing designs for manufacturability.
• Conducting DFMEA/PFMEA, trials, and root-cause analysis as needed.
• Providing documentation and reports on development progress.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Planning milestones, timelines, and project deliverables.
• Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
• Monitoring and commissioning engineering systems.
