Job summary

PT TPI MANUFACTURING INDONESIA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support design, development and maintenance of mechanical systems for manufacturing processes. The role is full-time and based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java.

You will assist in production technology development, improve processes and equipment, design automation mechanisms, and contribute to R&D projects while creating SOPs. A CAD/engineering analysis skill set and 2+ years in manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in the use of CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of production technology.
• Process and equipment improvement, machine repair and maintenance.
• Design of equipment automation mechanism.
• Implementation of equipment research and development projects.
• Create, revise and add Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
