Working closely with stakeholders across operations, risk, product and technology, you will support the accurate and timely payment and reporting of broker commissions while ensuring strong adherence to policy, controls and service standards. You will apply a proactive risk mindset to identify and resolve operational issues, analyse trends and opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to initiatives that simplify workflows and support future growth.

You will also act as a key point of contact for broker and aggregator enquiries, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service, while partnering with project and business teams to support the successful design, testing and implementation of change initiatives
