• Experience identifying control gaps, improving operational processes, and implementing efficiencies in regulated financial services.
• Ability to partner with front office, middle office, back office, technology, compliance, legal, and clearing teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
