Macquarie Group is seeking a seasoned Corporate Advisory & Investing professional in Indonesia to lead financial analysis, valuation modeling, and deal execution across software and services clients. You will prepare client-facing materials, pitch books, and market updates for corporate executives and private equity professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 3 years of relevant experience or 3 years in investment banking focusing on software/services, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of investment banking experience with focus on software and services industry.
• 1 year performing detailed commercial and financial analysis and valuation modeling, including building base, downside, and upside financial cases and cash flow modeling.
• 1 year managing live transaction execution, including buyer diligence and contract review.
• 1 year preparing client-facing presentations and reports for corporate executives and private equity professionals.
• 1 year preparing sell-side marketing materials for M&A deals outlining investment opportunities, company highlights, and financial profiles.

• 1 year managing live transaction execution, including performing buyer diligence and contract review


• 1 year preparing client-facing presentations and reports, including creating pitch books and general update meeting materials for corporate executives and private equity professionals


• 1 year preparing sell-side marketing materials for M&A deals outlining investment opportunities, company highlights, and financial profiles.

Salary range for this position: $234,000 - $302,500/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
