Job summary

EDTS in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Data Analyst to analyze, transform, and visualize data using SQL and BI tools to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data analysis and reporting solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–2 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 may be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills, including SELECT statements, JOINs, aggregations, subqueries/CTEs, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience using at least one BI/visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

Requirements

Person We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship or project experience may also be considered
• Strong SQL skills, including SELECT statements, JOINs, aggregations, subqueries/CTEs, and window functions
• Hands-on experience using at least one BI/visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, data mining, and data visualization
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus.
• Basic understanding of databases, data management, Big Data, and cloud platforms is an advantage
• Ability to clean, transform, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Able to translate data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong interest in data and analytics, with a willingness to understand different business domains
• Able to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
