Job summary

Vistra is seeking an Associate, Accounting Services in Indonesia to perform daily accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and support month-end close. You will liaise with clients and maintain accurate records across AP, AR, GL, and tax readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is a plus, and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–2 years in accounting or financial reporting; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in an accounting service/outsourcing is a plus.
• Familiar with MS Office and ERP systems (Accurate/XERO/SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Perform account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing data and documents for audit and tax requirements.
• Ensure transactions comply with accounting standards and policies.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Support senior team members in other accounting activities.
• Complete tasks accurately within deadlines.
