Job summary

Vistra Corp mencari Senior Associate di bidang Tax Services untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Jakarta. Posisi full-time ini melibatkan perhitungan pajak klien, pelaporan bulanan, dan kepatuhan pajak secara menyeluruh di tingkat regional.

Anda akan melapor ke Manager Tax Services dan bekerja di fasilitas Indonesia dengan cakupan regional, mendukung pertumbuhan layanan dan deliverables tim kami. Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di pajak menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Pajak/Akuntansi/Keuangan
• Brevet A & B dianggap plus
• Minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman di bidang pajak
• Teliti dan rapi dalam pekerjaan
• Kemampuan mengatur waktu yang baik
• Dapat berkoordinasi lintas departemen

Responsibilities

• Menghitung pajak klien dan mengelola perhitungannya.
• Bertanggung jawab untuk penutupan bulanan laporan pajak.
• Melakukan perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan pajak bulanan dan tahunan.
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara laporan pajak bulanan dan buku besar.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi pajak.
• Menangani administrasi pajak dan payroll secara efisien dan efektif.
• Siap menjalankan tugas ad hoc sesuai kebutuhan.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Tax Services. Reporting to the Manager, Tax Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform and managing the Tax calculation for clients of Company;
• Responsible for monthly closing for Tax Reports;
• Perform tax calculations, payment and reporting as well as preparing tax returns for all taxes, monthly and annually;
• Perform reconciliation between monthly tax return and general ledger;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
• Responsible for efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax and corporate tax;
• Responsible for efficient and effective internal Tax and Payroll administrative activities;
• To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;
• To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;
• To ensure financial data integrity, including books and records conform to legal and tax requirements.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accountancy/Finance;
• Brevet A & B is a plus;
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the tax fields;
• Detail-Oriented;
• Good Time Management;
• Reliable and accurate;
• Reconciliation;
• Have a good understanding for Tax processes;
• Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments
