Job summary

Staffinc Group in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia, is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to maintain end‑to‑end accounting—from transaction identification and journal entries to the preparation of financial statements—and to support the monthly closing process.

The role requires 3 years of accounting experience, solid Indonesian accounting standards knowledge, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the Holding team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a group/holding structure.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to report to Holding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data and supporting schedules for the monthly closing.
• Assist in financial audit preparation, including providing supporting documents and explanations to auditors.
• Maintain accurate identification and recording of transactions related to bank account movements.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as requested.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure)

Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding

Nice to Have:

Basic understanding of taxation (is a plus)

Experience in service or project-based industries

Previous experience as the sole accounting personnel in a small/medium business unit

Familiarity with Odoo, SAP or other ERP systems.
