Job summary

SIRCLO, a leading omnichannel commerce enabler in Indonesia, seeks a data-driven professional to monitor daily and weekly KPI for warehouse operations. You will perform basic data integrity checks and flag irregularities to senior analysts to ensure reliable metrics.

You will support root cause analysis by collecting relevant data, analyze trends to identify problem areas, and suggest practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics/Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of related experience is acceptable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills with ownership from inception to execution.
• Detail-oriented, structured, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Looker Studio is mandatory.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory planning, warehouse management).

Strong project management skills, able to carry a project from inception to execution with good ownership.

Detail-oriented, structured, having good competency inExcel/Google Sheets, Lookers Studio is mandatory.

Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management).
